Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District is issuing a request for proposal ("RFP") to qualified entities seeking to act as a third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims management services.

The following scope of services will be evaluated: • Claim management • Medical management • Litigation management • Staffing, Location • Information systems/Technology • Financial administration/Pricing

The term of the contract will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional one year periods. The intent of the contract is to partner with selected consultant for five years.
