Invitation to Bid
The Roosevelt Fire District, Hyde Park, Dutchess County, NY is soliciting bids for water supply components associated equipment. Bids must be received before 12:00pm EDST on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, at Roosevelt Fire Station #3, 830 Violet Avenue, Hyde Park, NY; at which point all bids will be opened and publicly read. A copy of the bid documents can be received from Lori Hicks, District Secretary, by contacting 845-454-6299 or contacting the District Office at P.O. Box 394, Hyde Park, NY, 12538. Additionally, the bid documents are available through the BidNet municipal procurement website.
All bids must be guaranteed with a certified check or bond in the amount of 10% of the highest total sum price, and be submitted in accordance with all New York State laws and regulations.
