NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTS
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for
2020-2021 School Year Student Transportation
Bids shall be submitted via email, subject line “2020-2021 School Year Student Transportation”.
Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 7, 2020 by Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org. One the due date, bids will opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it. The recording must be requested from Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at www.bidnet.com or requested via email at nbonilla@ryeneck.org. The Rye Neck Union Free School District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if bid name do not appear in the email subject line. Bids opened prior to the date and time indicated are invalid.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal, which, in the judgment of the Board of Education, appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
