The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for
RN 40 Rye Neck Middle/High School
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for transportation of one student for the 2021-2022 school year.
Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on Friday, December 17, 2021. At the time of the opening, bids will be opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to all bidders and to parties who requested it. The recording must be requested via email from Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org
The Board of Education reserved the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the vest interest of the school district.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com or from the district Business Office, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening & designated “Bid for Transportation RN 40 Rye Neck Middle/High School".
