Notice of Request for Information (RFI)
Provision of an Early Morning Program- Elementary Students
The Rye Neck School District is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the selection of an agency to provide the district’s two elementary schools with services for an early morning program- prior to the start of the school day- from 7:30 am - 8:30 am Monday to Friday. This a fee-based program with the fee paid directly to the agency delivering the service by parents- with no cost to the school district.
You are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFI.
An RFI shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Provision of an Early Morning Program- Elementary Students” on the outside. RFI’s will be received until April 11, 2019 by the School District ( Rye Neck UFSD, Administration Building, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 – Phone (914) 777-5210.)
RFI’s which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal.
In the event that on April 11, 2019 the Rye Neck School District is closed or has an early dismissal due to weather or any other emergency, proposals will be due at 10:00 A.M. on the next day that the school district is in session.
