Rye Neck UFSD is seeking the services of a Financial Services Advisor to assist in the following:

• Capital Project Bond/BAN issuance/financing, estimated $20M circa Spring 2018 (estimated vote date Fall 2016)

o Initial borrowing and/or renewal of Bond Anticipation Notes with an Official Statement o Sale of Registered Public Market Serial Bonds with an Official Statement

• Continuing annual secondary market disclosure requirements in accordance with CFR Title 17, Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, Section 240.15c2-12. • IRS Arbitrage Rebate or Penalty Tracking and Calculation in Compliance with the IRS Code of 1954, as amended, Section 148 • Financial Management and Advisory Services

and, other financial studies as may be deemed desirable by the District.
