Invitation to Bid
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for
Refuse, Recycling, Carting Removal Services
Bids shall be submitted via email with the subject line "Refuse, Recycling, Carting Removal Services May 13, 2020”. Bids will be received until 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 13, 2020 by the Purchasing Agent at kbucci@ryeneck.org with a copy to Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org. At 11:00am on Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 the bids will opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it. The recording must be requested from Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at www.bidnet.com or requested via email at nbonilla@ryeneck.org. The Rye Neck Union Free School District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if bid name and opening date do not appear in the email subject line. Bids opened prior to the date and time indicated are invalid.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which, in the judgment of the Board of Education, appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
