Request for Proposals
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for
Maintenance & Repair Agreement for Master Clock and PA System
&
Roof Inspection Services
Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Maintenance & Repair Agreement for Master Clock and PA System bid” or “Roof Inspection Services bid “on the outside. Proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 5, 2023 by the Purchasing Agent (or duly designated representative), Rye Neck UFSD, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 – Phone (914) 777-5210. Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com or from the district Business Office. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery.
Proposals must be submitted wholly filled out on the prepared forms furnished with the contract documents. All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures where indicated. Signatures shall be ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional or obscure may be rejected as informal. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of RFP will be considered.
There is no deposit required for documents unless otherwise stated in said proposal.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
