Notice to Bidders
Request for Bids - Rye Neck UFSD MS/HA Playground Demolition
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck School District (Hereinafter referred to as the “school district”) Hereby invites the submission of sealed Bids for Middle/High School Playground Demolition.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Middle/High School Playground Demolition” on the outside. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2019 by the Purchasing Agent (or duly designated representative), Rye Neck UFSD, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 – Phone (914) 777-5210; Fax (914) 777-5201, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read..
The Rye Neck Union Free School District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if bid number and opening date do not appear on the envelope. Bids opened prior to the date and time indicated are deemed invalid. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck UFSD, as well as improper hand delivery.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider financial responsibility, experience, service and reputation of the bidding firms, as well as the specific qualification of the prospective bidder that may be set out herein, in considering Bids and awarding the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
