Notice to Bidders
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck School District (Hereinafter referred to as the “school district”) Hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for supplying PLAYGROUND RUBBER RESURFACING for two elementary school playgrounds. Forms for Proposal, certification, conditions, specifications and bid documents may be requested via email to nbonilla@ryeneck.org or on www.bidnet.com.
In all cases, it must be understood that the conditions and specifications of the school district shall apply. Sealed proposals must be marked “Playground Rubber Resurfacing 2021”, and will be received until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the Rye Neck UFSD Business Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543.
At 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 the bids will opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it. The recording must be requested from Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org.
A walk through is scheduled for Monday, March 29, 2021 at 9:00 am. Email Angelo Labrusciano at alabrusciano@ryeneck.org to rsvp. All visitors are required to wear a face covering.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider financial responsibility, experience, service and reputation of the bidding firms, as well as the specific qualification of the prospective bidder that may be set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
