The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:
Rye Neck UFSD Student Transportation for Summer 2024
Bids will be received until 10:00am on Friday, June 7, 2024 by Carolyn Mahar at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York 10543. On the day of the opening, bids will be opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it and to all bidders. To request the recording and the bid tabulations, email Mary Beebe-Harrison at mbeebe-harrison@ryeneck.org .
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the bids which, in the judgement of the Board of Education, appear to be in the best interest of the school district.
Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com, from cmahar@ryeneck.org, or from the district Business Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York, 10543. The bidder assumes the risk or any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening, and marked “Rye Neck UFSD Student Transportation for Summer 2024”.
