TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTS
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for
Student Transportation for
RN 14 Ferncliff Manor Day School
Bids will be received until 10:00 am, Monday, November 14, 2022 by Nicole Bonilla at 310 Hornidge Rd, Mamaroneck, New York 10543. At 10:00 am on Monday, November 14, 2022 the bids will be opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it and to all bidders. To request the recording and bid tabulations, email Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org.
The Board of Education reserved the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the vest interest of the school district.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com, from nbonilla@ryeneck.org or from the district Business Office located at, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening & designated “Bid for Student Transportation for RN 14 Ferncliff Day School.”
