NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:
Student Transportation for RN 7 REACH Academy
Bids will be received until 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at by Nicole Bonilla at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York 10543. On the day of the opening, bids will be opened and read aloud, which will be recorded. The recording will be made available to parties who request it and to all bidders. To request the recording and the bid tabulations, email Nicole Bonilla at nbonilla@ryeneck.org .
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgement of the Board of Education appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com from nbonilla@ryeneck.org or from the district Business Office at, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York, 10543. The bidder assumes the risk or any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening and designated Student Transportation for RN 7 REACH Academy.
