The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for transportation of one (1) special education student for the 2019-2020 school year. Student has transportation accommodations of a minivan or SUV with a monitor and no other students on board.
All bids received will be publicly opened and read in the board room of Administration Building, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 on Friday, March 20, 2020 by 11:00am.
The Board of Education reserved the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the vest interest of the school district.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or from the district Business Office, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening & designated “BID FOR RN 31 WEC”
