NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck Union Free School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for transportation of one student for as needed trips for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year from Rye, NY to Green Chimneys, Brewster Campus.
All bids received, will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room of the Administration Building, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, N.Y. on Friday, April 26th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the best interest of the School District.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com or from the district Business Office, 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Rye Neck Union Free School District, as well as improper hand delivery. All bids must be sealed and submitted in envelopes clearly marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal, the date and time of bid opening and designated RN #57 Transportation from Rye, NY to Green Chimneys, Brewster.
