Description

The County of Saratoga is soliciting proposals for a professional auctioneer who possesses a valid New York State Estate Broker License. The Proposer will conduct all phases of the disposition of the sale of Saratoga County Tax Foreclosed Properties eligible for sale by public auction. The proposer must have previous auction experience auctioning municipal properties. The auction or auctions conducted by the auctioneer shall be a combination of live “in-person” and “online” bidding.
