Description

The County of Saratoga requests proposals for audiovisual technology design and implementation services to be installed in the Saratoga County Board of Supervisor's Meeting Room and Committee Room located at 40 McMaster Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020.
This project will replace aging audiovisual equipment. Enhancements will be added to allow for additional video capabilities and audio/video zoning. Current technology standards will be incorporated, and a new control system will be installed to allow control from any area of the room(s). Wireless audio/video inputs will be used to better accommodate the space.
The County is seeking a highly qualified firm to design, provide, and install turnkey audiovisual systems. The project shall include all equipment and materials, whether specifically mentioned herein or not, to ensure a complete and operating system that provides high quality audio and video.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the general rules for preparing and submitting proposals and the County's requirements for design and implementation services.

All interested parties are asked to attend the Pre-Bid Conference/ Site Visit on March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 40 McMaster Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020. The purpose of the conference is to provide prospective proposers the opportunity to survey the site and to gather any additional information necessary to prepare a complete response to this RFP. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference/site visit is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Masks and Social Distancing rules will apply. Attendance is limited to two (2) persons from company attending.
