Description

Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, is accepting proposals from qualified Professional Engineering Firms to provide engineering services for the review, evaluation, design and construction oversight of Saratoga County Sewer District #1’s (SCSD) 2021 Capital Project for the Contract 22 Pipe Rehab and Pump station Upgrade.

Proposals, one (1) original and four (4) copies will be accepted until 5:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Saratoga County Department of General Services, Purchasing Division, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020.
A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday November 12, 2021 at the Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)located at 1002 Hudson River Road, Mechanicville, NY 12118. The site visit will provide information on the exact location of the slip lining. The general vicinity of the relining will be near Crossing Blvd. in the Town of Halfmoon and Clifton Park. The pump station is located off of 146 near the D&R mobile home park off Davidson Lane in Halfmoon. A site visit to the slip lining location and pump station will occur after meeting at the WWTP.
