Description

Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, is receiving proposals for a Process Server. Proposals, one (1) original, two (2) copies, and one (1) electronic copy on USB (PDF preferred) will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the Saratoga County Department of Central Services, 50 W. High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.

The Process Server will be responsible for serving legal papers in court proceedings for the County of Saratoga, and its various departments of County government, upon respondents living inside Saratoga County, as well as outside of Saratoga County and New York State.
