Description

The work includes all labor and materials necessary to perform all work required to install specified products and other items throughout the building where scheduled. Bidders are responsible for their own field measurements. Field inspection may be done by appointment only from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are to be made with Mike Paterra, Assoc. Dir of Facilities at (914) 721‑2440. All prep work and carpet installations must be done BETWEEN JULY AND AUGUST, unless otherwise directed. Should work be done during days and times that are not normal working hours, the Contractor will pay custodial overtime. Color selections and locations will be given to the Contractor upon award.
