Summary of Specifications:
The intention of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the services of a responsive and responsible Contractor to provide public relations services to Schenectady County Community College (SCCC).

SCCC is seeking proposals for a public relations agency to provide traditional and communication related services to assist SCCC personnel to develop, implement, and evaluate a media campaign to promote SCCC to fulfill its vision locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally, as well as other related public relations services.
