RFQ-2021-01 - Cleaning Supplies and Misc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The County intends to issue purchase order(s) to the responsive and responsible bidder whose offer is the lowest best value offer to the County based on individual line item price submitted. The county reserves the right to make its award in total or by line or groups of lines if doing so results in overall lower costs.

Bidders may submit a substitute that will be reviewed and must be approved by the county unless NO SUB is noted in description.
Vendor must accept purchase orders and net 30 days payment.
Bidders must submit a current W9 with quote.
Include all costs in the price quote. No additional costs can be added later.
