Summary of Specifications:
Under separate contract, Schenectady County Community College is installing a new two pipe heating and cooling system to service Elston Hall. The plan is to abandon the majority of the steam piping in- place and run new hot and chilled water piping throughout the facility. However there are areas that require asbestos abatement to complete this project. That work is outlined in these specifications attached.
