Summary of Specifications:
The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids from Mechanical and Electrical contractors for the renovation of the HVAC system for Schenectady County Community College’s Elston Hall located at 78 Washington Ave, Schenectady, NY 12305. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, various areas of demolition and new construction to provide a new two-pipe heating and cooling system for Elston Hall.
