RFB-JN-41-2015 - Runway 10-28 Rehabilitation and Lighting

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Schenectady will be accepting proposals for construction of the Runway 10-28 Rehabilitation and Lighting at the Schenectady County Airport, Scotia, New York. Work is to generally include the following items: 

The project is located on Runway 10-28 at the south end of airport property near Runway 4. The project consists of approximately 83,000 sy of cold milling the existing runway pavement and installing an asphalt overlay, including transitions at intersections of Taxiways ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘K’, and ‘G’. The project includes approximately 24,000 tons of bituminous pavement; new runway edge lights, signs and regulators; the relocation of existing circuits during installation of new lighting layout; unclassified excavation of runway turf edge; pavement markings; in-pavement lighting; and runway pavement grooving.
