Schenectady County Sheriff Vehicles Upfit
The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for the purchase and installation of aftermarket emergency equipment for a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, three 2025 Ford Interceptors, a 2024 Ford F150 K-9 Responder, and a 2024 Low Profile Chevrolet Blazer.
Digital Copies of Specifications may be obtained from BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by submitting a request to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@schenectadycountyny.gov. Please specify if printed copies are required in your request. You will be notified when they are ready for pickup.
All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” and Schenectady County Sheriff Vehicles Upfit, RFB-2024-36, to the Schenectady County Purchasing Department, no later than 1:00 PM on April 18, 2024, at which time they will be opened.

Schenectady County will make any investigation it deems necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder to perform the work. The County reserves the right to reject any bid if an investigation of the bidder fails to satisfy the county that the bidder is responsible and can carry out the obligations of the contract.
