Summary of Specifications:
The County of Schenectady is seeking bids for three thermal cameras for use by the Emergency Management Office. Specifications may be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group website at www.empirestatebidsystem.com or electronic or paper copies may be requested by submitting a request via email to purchasing@schenectadycounty.com. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” and stating the title and number of the bid, to the Director of Purchasing, no later than 1:30 PM on July 6,2016, at which time they will be opened. Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid as described in General Instructions to Bidders. Woman and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Schenectady County is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Schenectady County will make any investigation it deems necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder to perform the work.
