Description

The Suffolk County Water Authority is requesting quotes for the furnish, delivery and installation of a 230-ton portable air-cooled chiller rental at 260 Motor Pkwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788.

You are invited to submit a proposal.

Proposals are requested no later than 11:00 AM EST on February 10, 2025. Nothing enclosed in this RFQ guarantees award.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Bids physically delivered to the SCWA, facsimiles, or emails of unsealed proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A mandatory pre-bid site conference is required, scheduled: 9:30 AM – Monday, February 3, 2025, located at 260 Motor Pkwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788.

TERM OF CONTRACT
This Contract will cover the period beginning May 1, 2025 to November 1, 2025 with options to extend.
OPTION TO EXTEND
This contract may be extended for a period of two (2) terms in two (6) month increments, if agreed upon in writing by both parties within sixty (60) days of the expiration date of the contract.
