The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Schenectady, hereinafter referred to as
“Authority,” has a need for a contractor for Commercial HVAC Services at the following
Authority Sites: Schonowee Village, Lincoln Heights, Ten Eyck Apartments, Steinmetz
Homes, MacGathan Townhouses, Yates Village and Maryvale Apartments.
The intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to award a contract to the lowest
responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the IFB.
