The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Schenectady, hereinafter referred to as
“Authority,” has a need for the provision of a contractor to perform Integrated Pest
Management (IPM) and Bed Bug Mangement Services at the Authority sites located in the
City of Schenectady.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a contract to the responsible
firm whose qualifications, price and other factors considered, are the most advantageous to
the Authority.
