A second scheduled pre-proposal conference for contractors’ convenience will be held on July 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Procurement Office at 375 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305. The conference is optional, not mandatory. The purpose of this conference is to conduct an overview of the RFP documents, including the attachments. Prospective proposers may also ask questions, though the Authority may require that some such questions are delivered in writing prior to a response. Attendees should bring a copy of the RFP documents to this conference. The Authority will not distribute any copies of the RFP documents at this conference. A tour of the Ten Eyck Apartments, Schonowee Village Apartments and Lincoln Heights Apartments laundry rooms will be offered as part of this conference. It is the responsibility of the proposer to acquaint themselves with the conditions under which the services will be performed. Failure to attend will in no way relieve the contractor of any responsibility imposed by the RFP and subsequent contract.
