Description

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to procure a qualified firm to produce a
Topographic Survey and Boundary Survey for the Municipal Housing Authority of the
City of Schenectady herein after referred to as the Authority.
The intent of this IFB is to award a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the IFB.
Bidders shall make all investigations necessary to thoroughly inform themselves about
the Authority's operations. No plea of ignorance by the bidder of conditions that exist or
that may hereafter exist as a result of failure or omission on the part of the bidder to
make the necessary examinations and investigations, or failure to fulfill in every detail
the requirements of the IFB, will be accepted as a basis for varying the requirements of
the Authority or the compensation to the vendor.
