Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That electronic proposals will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority no later than 11:00 am on April 11, 2025, for SCWA Contract 8104, Furnishing Installation & Cleanout of Overflow Drain Pits and other Miscellaneous Work for the period June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.

The Engineer has scheduled a Pre-Bid Meeting starting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025.
The meeting will begin at the 41st Street Well Field and Pump Station, located on the East end of 41st Street, between 40th and 42nd Streets, (49 42nd Street), Brookville Park, Town of Islip. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
