Summary of Specifications:
St. Lawrence County, New York, with its’ County Seat located in Canton, New York, requests proposals for audit engagement to comply with requirements of the Single Audit Act under Government Audit Standards and in accordance with OMB Circular A – 133. The audit and financial statements will be prepared in accordance with GASB 34 and all other pertinent GASB pronouncements. Final audit must be received by St. Lawrence County no later than September 15th. Also to be included in this proposal is the requirement to provide for the certification of the County Mental Health Consolidated Fiscal Report (to be completed by April 30th).
