                                                       NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed proposals for the furnishing and installation of a bolted steel tank at the Sawyer Avenue Well Field and Pump Station, West Babylon, Town of Babylon, NY, will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on July 28, 2020, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York  11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.  You may also register your company on our website at www.scwa.com and/or www.empirestatebidsystem.com and request "More Info" on Contract No. 7712.
The Engineer will meet with prospective Bidders at 10:00 a.m. on
July 16, 2020 for a pre-bid meeting at the site, located at the Sawyer Avenue Well Field & Pump Station (98 Sawyer Avenue), Village of West Babylon, Town of Babylon, NY.  It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid.
