NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for Construction of A 20” X 10”- Diameter Well (No. 3A) Approximately 600 Feet Deep, to Be Located at The Lawrence Road Well Field, Kings Park, Town of Smithtown, NY, will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority not later than 11:00 a.m. on October 28, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.

An optional pre-bid meeting and walk through will take place at the site on October 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The site is located at 6 Lawrence Road, Kings Park, Town of Smithtown, NY. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.
