NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Suffolk County Water Authority (SCWA), a public benefit corporation based in Oakdale, seeks an engineering consulting firm to inspect and develop a report on the condition, structural integrity and remediation recommendations for the roofing systems at a building complex at 2045 Route 112 in Coram.
Deadline for submission – Your proposal must be submitted, not later than July 24 , 2024, 11:00 a.m., EST. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The conference will be held at Suffolk County Water Authority, Building 1 located at 2045 Route 112, Coram, NY. Any firm wishing to have a bid considered by SCWA must send a representative to the conference.

Failure by a firm or its representatives to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will disqualify the firm’s bid from consideration for an award. The Authority may excuse a firm’s attendance at the pre-bid conference upon a showing of an extraordinary circumstance that prevented the firm or any of its representatives from attending the conference.
