NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for Snow Removal Services at the SCWA Huntington Office Only will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority, no later than 11:00AM, January 31, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically, prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through is scheduled at Huntington (131 Spring Road, Huntington NY) location on January 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Each prospective bidder must attend the meeting and walk through if they intend to bid. Any firm wishing to have a bid considered by SCWA must send a representative to the conference.

Failure by a firm or its representatives to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will disqualify the firm’s bid from consideration for an award. The Authority may excuse a firm’s attendance at the pre-bid conference upon a showing of an extraordinary circumstance that prevented the firm or any of its representatives from attending the conference.
