NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That proposals for Supply and Maintenance of pumps and Miscellaneous Equipment at Various Authority-Owned Sites in Suffolk County, NY will be received by the Suffolk County Water Authority no later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on March 27, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.

As of December 30, 2024, contractors and subcontractors performing "public work" must be registered with the Department of Labor before they start working on a SCWA project. A Certificate of Registration must be submitted with your bid.
