Description

Suffolk County Community College (College) seeks qualifications from attorneys and law firms (Proposer or Consultant) with experience advising and representing public institutions (preferably community colleges), municipalities, school districts, public authorities, public agencies, and/or other quasi-governmental entities in the State of New York, with respect to matters including, but not limited to transactional and real estate work, contract review and negotiation, New York State Education Law and its implementing regulations, employment law, public sector labor law, ethics, and other applicable federal, state and local laws. Proposers shall have demonstrated expertise in all, any one, or a combination of some of the above areas of practice for at least ten (10) years in New York State.
