Description

Suffolk County Community College is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Suffolk Community College, Smithtown Science Building Roof Replacement Project, located in Selden, NY.

The Smithtown Science Building Roof Replacement comprises the demolition of the existing roofing systems, and installation of a new SBS modified roofing assembly along with miscellaneous scope of work indicated in the construction documents. All electrical work required to disconnect and reconnect equipment will be performed by the Owner and is not included in this bid scope.

A pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on April 10, 2025 from 9:30 am through 11:00 am. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid meeting. Bidders shall assemble in Room 122 of the Smithtown Science Building, located on the Ammerman Campus, Selden, NY. The walkthrough shall commence from this location.
