WCC - 24 - 014 - ASSESSMENT OF THE INSTITUTION’S CURRENT BUSINESS PRACTICES & PROCESS

SCOPE OF WORK:

            The selected consultant will be expected to:
 

1. Conduct a Comprehensive Assessment
   • Review existing business practices, policies, and procedures across key departments.
   • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps in current processes.
   • Engage with stakeholders (faculty, staff, administration) through interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather insights.
2. Benchmark Against Best Practices
   • Compare current practices with industry standards and best practices in higher education.
   • Identify areas where the college is leading or lagging compared to peer institutions.
3. Provide Recommendations for Improvement
   • Propose actionable recommendations to streamline and enhance processes.
   • Suggest technology or software solutions that could improve efficiency.
   • Outline steps for implementation, including resource requirements and timelines.
4. Develop a Report and Present Findings
   • Prepare a comprehensive report detailing the findings of the assessment and recommendations.
   • Present findings to key stakeholders, including the college’s leadership team.
5. Deliverables

1. Initial assessment report with key findings.
2. A detailed action plan with specific recommendations for process improvements.
3. Presentation of findings and recommendations to the College’s leadership team.
4. A follow-up plan to support implementation, if required.
