Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, Inc. (TCAT) is soliciting proposals for a vendor to sublease TCAT’s new public transit passenger waiting area and café space located within the Cayuga Place Apartments Building Complex in Ithaca, NY 14850. TCAT will sublease the space to a vendor who will sell coffee, light pre-prepared fare and offer excellent customer service. The leased area will also act as a TCAT ticketing counter, with the vendor selling TCAT bus tickets and passes. TCAT displays will be located in the leased area to provide customers access to information and advice, maps, schedules and other relevant literature.
