Important Note to Vendors:
Pricing must include delivery to the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport on an as needed basis. The estimated annual usage is 450 tons. Only the amount needed will be ordered. A sieve analysis must be submitted to Tompkins County Purchasing either by fax (607-274-5505) or mail, 125 E. Court St., Ithaca, NY 14850. Contract period shall be 1 year commencing on October 25, 2010 with the option to renew for 1 additional year upon mutual agreement.
