RFQ-0497 - Inmate Supplies - Personal Care Items

Important Note to Vendors:
Tompkins County is requesting quotations for various Inmate Supplies - Personal Care Items. The actual quantities required throughout the contract are unknown at this time. The contract period will be for 1 year from date of award with the option to renew for 3 additional 1 year periods upon mutual consent under the same terms and conditions. All quotes are to include shipping & handling charges to Ithaca, NY 14850. There are to be no minimum order requirements. Items will be ordered on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 3 catalogs upon request. If there is a website address for your company please indicate the address in your quote under the comments to buyer section. Please also include product order #'s for each item quoted. The quote will be awarded in whole to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must bid on a minimum of 85% of the items listed to be considered for award.
