Pricing shall include shipping & handling to Ithaca, NY 14850. There shall be NO minimum order requirements. This RFQ is not intended as a "bulk" purchase, the quantities listed are estimates for the 6 month period. The County reserves the right to purchase only those quantities required. This contract is for use by all County departments. Invoices shall be sent to the department indicated on the purchase order. Invoices that are sent to the incorrect location will NOT be forwarded and will be returned to the vendor. This RFQ is for OEM products ONLY.
