The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to prospective bidders in order to obtain proposals for a Project Administrator for the Federally funded Mobility as a Service Project (MAAS).
The Project Administrator will ensure that project activities are conducted on schedule and that project deliverables are made as planned.
Activities within the project administration include overall project coordination and communication between partners, project progress reporting to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), budget monitoring and management, facilitation of data collection and evaluation efforts in coordination with the FTA Independent Evaluator, and preparation, revision and submission of the project final report.

Project Coordination: Monitor progress on all project activities, identify barriers and work to find solutions, troubleshoot with project partners, Tompkins County, vendors and the FTA

Budget Monitoring and Management: monitors project and partner spending and progress toward budget goals, support partner invoicing/vouchering and troubleshooting

Communication between partners: Serve as a connection between all project partners and organize all necessary information of the project in a unified manner and voice. Convey this message to Tompkins County as needed.

Facilitate project meetings: Support partner meeting scheduling, agenda creation, note taking and follow up.
•
Assist in RFP process for smartphone app vendor acquisition.
