The Town of Amherst (Town) is soliciting proposals (RFP) from qualified real property appraisers to provide services to the Town Assessor and Senior Deputy Town Attorney regarding Real Property values in support of Tax Law Article 7 proceedings (tax certiorari proceedings) and related matters. In addition, to Article 7 proceedings, the Town of Amherst will utilize selected appraisers to provide valuation services in support of the Town of Amherst’s acquisitions and sale of Town properties when needed.
