Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Amherst owns and operates numerous facilities throughout the Town. The intent of this contract is to secure the services of a firm experienced in the operation and maintenance of HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services. Further, the winning bidder will be responsible for annual and/or periodic scheduled preventative maintenance and repair services and must also assist the Town of Amherst with annual and/or periodic adjustments and repairs to optimize facility performance.
