Summary of Specifications:
This public bid is to supply EVOQUA/SIEMENS/Wallace Tiernan parts and material as identified in the bid specifications or “EQUAL” or “EQUAL” determinations are to be made solely by the Town of Amherst.

When bidding an “EQUAL” please include product name, part number and a specification/informational sheet with the bid.

Evoqua/Siemens/ Wallace Tiernan parts and materials or “EQUAL” will be ordered on an as needed basis, as determined by the Town of Amherst. Quantities are estimates.

All Freight Charges for shipment to Town of Amherst, 455 Tonawanda Creek Road Amherst, NY 14228 must be included in quoted price as no additional charges will be considered.

Bidder shall supply additional material as necessary to detail all warranty information.
